New HQ for Leics NHS

The developer has agreed to buy the land from Alliance & Leicester Estates at the 52.8 acre (21.4 ha) business park, and plans to develop a 73,000 sq ft (6,781 sq m) office specifically designed for the NHS, subject to planning consent.
