New lease of life for Scottish mini-malls as Halladale completes Craigshill buy

Last week, the Glasgow-based Halladale Group bought Craigshill – which serves the New Town of Livingston – from West Lothian Council for £1.2m. This completes a trio of such acquisitions for the firm.
