The Airport City Manchester joint venture partners have unveiled plans for 92,000 sq ft of offices at its landmark £1bn development project at Manchester airport.
The JV, comprised of Manchester Airports Group (MAG), Beijing Construction Engineering Group International (BCEGI) and Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF), has submitted a planning application for the office development alongside an accompanying multi-story car park, extensive landscaping and a new ‘landing’ area for a Cor-Ten steel pedestrian and cycle bridge.
