Car maker Nissan has sold part of its Sunderland plant to developers Wilton and Clugston for build offices, industrial units and a hotel . Daily Telegraph
Nissan will use the sale proceeds to build its own £4.5m logistics centre. The purchase was supported by the city’s council and regional development agency One Northeast.
