Oakmoor Deeley set for Coventry plaza effort

Development partnership Oakmoor Deeley – a joint venture between Oakmoor Estates and Deeley Properties – has signed an agreement with Coventry City Council that will allow it to begin work on its mixed-use Belgrade Plaza scheme in the city.
