Office space at The Strand's iconic Shell Mex House hits the market

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to bring 160,000 sq ft of prime office space at Shell Mex House to market.

The space, spread across the first four floors of the building, is set for an extensive refurbishment when the current occupier Shell vacates it in 2020. The office space spans some of the largest floorplates in the West End at around 40,000 sq ft per floor.
