Oxford Properties has sold a 49.9% stake in its French portfolio to a fund advised by JP Morgan Asset Management for about €400m.
The sale of the stake in 32 Rue Blanche, 92 Avenue de France and Paris Bastille releases capital for Oxford Properties to make further investments.
Oxford Properties has the intention to grow its Paris invested capital to €2.5bn over time.
