Pair chosen for Ilford redevelopment

The mixed-use regeneration scheme, on a site immediately south of the High Road and the Town Hall, will include 118,400 sq ft (11,000 sq m) of retail and leisure plus 488 apartments and various municipal facilities. A planning application is due to be submitted in mid 2004.
