Aberdeen Property Investors Pan-Nordic has purchased a E108m (£73m) portfolio in Finland.

The purchase of the portfolio, which consists of five offices in Tampere and Jyvaskyla in Finland, is the latest in a Nordic spending spree for Aberdeen since the fund entered the market last autumn.

To date, the fund consists of 14 properties across the Nordic countries with a total value of E460m (£310m). The fund has an investment target of E1.5bn (E1bn).

Trygve Sletteberg, fund manager at Aberdeen Property Funds said: ‘We expect the Nordic region to provide stronger returns than property in other western European countries due to both the strong macro-economic environment and strong property fundamentals.’
