Parkwood Asset Management, the trio’s company, has bought the Cherry Tree Centre in Wallasey in a joint venture with Investec from Dunedin Property for £18.75m. The initial yield is just above 7%, which is expected to rise to 7.4% once the market hall within the centre is let after redevelopment.
