Modus has signed Peacocks at its £200m Trinity Walk development in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The high street fashion retailer has taken 9,740 sq ft at the 500,000 sq ft scheme which is due to open in spring 2010.

Debenhams is the anchor

Trinity Walk will be anchored by Debenhams which has taken a 92,000 sq ft and Sainsbury’s. Other retailers include Next, New Look and H&M.

Indoor market, flats and library for Wakefield

The two level retail scheme will sit alongside an indoor market, a library and 72 apartments.
