Philip Green secures £310m remortgage deal on Topshop’s Oxford Street flagship

Sir Philip Green has secured a last minute £310m deal with American private equity group Apollo to keep the doors of his flagship Topshop store open.

The tycoon, who secured a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) for his Arcadia retail empire earlier this year, has remortgaged the 100,000 sq ft building on Oxford Street, the company has confirmed.
