Specialist healthcare investor Primary Health Properties has agreed to forward-fund a purpose-built primary care centre in Ireland for €22.3m (£19.7m) through its Irish investment vehicle PHP ICAV.
PHP ICAV will provide development funding for the construction of the new 52,000 sq ft primary care centre in Bray, County Wicklow, that is 70% pre-let to the Health Service Executive. The HSE is the Irish government’s executive agency which provides public and health services across the country and has taken the space on a 25-year lease.
