IQL Arber_Lane

The London Legacy Development Corporation has approved plans for a 350,000 sq ft office building at International Quarter London (IQL) in east London.

The 22-storey building will be located at the gateway to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and is the latest phase in a £2.4bn joint venture development by Lendlease and LCR.

Designed by Arney Fender Katsalidis, the building will provide ground floor retail alongside first floor leisure space in a public-private mixed-use scheme.
