Plans have been submitted for the £100m redevelopment of Leicester Tigers' stadium by adviser Frank Whittle Partnership.
The plans include a four-star hotel, multi-storey car park and a office development on land around Leicester Tigers' stadium.
The scheme also includes a new building for Leicester's hospitals and accommodation for students in the city.
The plans are in addition to the Tigers’ £30m redevelopment of its Welford Road ground which is underway.
FWP is overall project and cost manager on the stadium project.
FWP is working with the project architects AFL, who have also designed the latest development plans.
