Plans submitted to renovate Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building

Multiple planning applications have been submitted for renovations of Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building – Europe’s tallest when it was built in 1911.

CBRE submitted the plans on behalf of Corestate Capital, which acquired the Grade I listed building early last year for £48m.
