ProLogis European Properties, the Amsterdam-listed owner of tenanted big sheds, has bought a E215.4m (£147m) portfolio from ProLogis, the US developer that set it up.

The 15 properties, which yield 6.8% are newly-constructed, fully-let distribution facilities with a combined floorspace of 3.28m sq ft (305,000 sq m). They are located in ProLogis European Properties’ target markets across six countries in Europe - Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Poland and Spain.

Eight are within existing ProLogis European Properties parks.

The average lease length of the portfolio is 7.7 years.
