ProLogis has poached Cushman & Wakefield European industrial head Nigel Rowe, to work with exisitng and potential occupiers.

Property Week understands Rowe tendered his resignation on Monday and is in the middle of negotiating his departure. He is expected to join ProLogis before September as senior vice-president.

The appointment of Rowe is understood to be aimed at providing clients of ProLogis, such as international third party logistics firm DHL with a direct representative – a similar role to his position at Cushman & Wakefield. He will remain working in Paris.

Rowe has also previously worked for Weatherall Green & Smith, Richard Ellis and King Sturge. Nobody involved in his appointment could comment.
