Property values lowest in a year

All-property returns, year on year, fell back to 11.1% in September, down from 12.3% the month before – their lowest level since August 1999. Most worryingly, measured over the third quarter, annualised returns were 6.8% – the lowest three-monthly figure since January 1999.
