More than 1,000 people gathered at the Grosvenor House hotel on Park Lane earlier this week for the Property Awards 2019, which was hosted by comedian Sarah Pascoe.
This year Property Week received a record number of entries leading to the longest ever shortlisted number of companies – 186 to be exact.
For 2019, we responded to changes in the market by introducing a new category – Alternatives Team of the Year – and merging Corporate Deal and Property Deal to form Deal of the Year. Both attracted an impressive number of entries, as did the Irvine Sellar Award, which was back for a second year in a row after proving a huge success in 2018.
This year’s event saw industry legends Liz Peace and Sir John Ritblat inducted into the Property Week Hall of Fame.
