Quadrum Global has put 21 Dartmouth Street, where it recently secured a letting to the House of Commons, up for sale for £88.9m.
It has drafted in Michael Elliot to sell the 53,000 sq ft office building, which is located a short walk from the Houses of Parliament, at a net initial yield of 3.75%.
