Tishman Speyer Investment Management has agreed a long-term lease agreement in its Frankfurt trophy tower Bürohaus an der Alten Oper with global ratings giant DBRS.
The world’s fourth-largest rating agency by market share will occupy 12,916 sq ft on the second floor of the 225,000 sq ft office tower at Neue Mainzer Strasse 75. Following the deal, just over 10,000 sq ft remains available at the landmark building.
