Ropemaker Place JV gets go-ahead

The developers are proposing a 731,950 sq ft (68,000 sq m) office scheme of 23 storeys (pictured), designed by architect Gensler. Helical director Gerald Kaye said work would not start without a prelet. Moseley & Webb advised on planning.
