Schroder Property Investment Management is relocating its German property business from Wiesbaden to Frankfurt in Germany.

The move is intended to bring Schroders intermediary, institutional and property businesses together in one location in Germany.

The combined business of 60 personnel will be based in the JapanTower in the heart of the financial district of the city.

Neil Turner, head of property in Germany, said:

‘We are putting all our resources together in one office which makes considerable business and operational sense.

‘We see Frankfurt as being a more appropriate location from which to continue to build our real estate activities and provide outstanding service to our clients in Germany.’
