Scottish pizza start-up takes slice of Bullring for English debut

Scottish pizza brand @pizza has secured a letting at Hammerson’s Bullring Estate to make its debut in England.

Located adjacent to Holy Moly Macaroni and Nando’s within Grand Central in Birmingham’s shopping quarter, the 1,196 sq ft unit has space for 60 covers. Having opened in Edinburgh last year, @pizza has plans to expand further across the UK and will use its new Bullring Estate site to offer an open kitchen and counter service setup.
