Investor Seaforth Land has appointed industry veteran Ed Sneddon as its new head of development after 12 years as a senior member of Derwent London’s development team.
Sneddon brings more than 20 years’ experience having served development manager at Derwent, including leading on the delivery of the Brunel Building, Soho Place and Turnmill, following spells at Development Securities, Lloyds TSB and Goldman Sachs. His expertise spans pre-acquisition feasibility, the structuring and establishment of JV agreements, pre-development design and planning alongside the full spectrum of development management through to tenant handover.
