Segro has let its LHR1 distribution unit in Hatton Cross, near Heathrow Airport, to an arm of international logistics group Geodis.

Geodis Wilson UK has taken 96,563 sq ft on a ten year lease in the largest single letting in the Heathrow area for two years.

Ian Sutcliffe, Segro’s UK managing director, said that it was good to see Geodis, one of Segro’s largest customers, continue the relationship at the Heathrow unit.
