Segro has sold an industrial portfolio for £103m to Legal & General.
In a separate deal, the company has purchased the Airlinks Trading Estate near Heathrow Airport from L&G for £31m.
The Airlinks trading Estate will be bought from L&G’s Industrial Property Investment Fund, while the portfolio while the portfolio, bought for £103.3m, will be placed into the fund.
The portfolio consists of six estates: Redlands Industrial Estate in Coulsden; Cobbett Park in Guilford; Ermine Business Park, Huntingdon; Clock Tower Road, Isleworth; Weston Industrial Estate, Weston-super-Mare; and Molly Millers Lane in Wokingham. The sites total 893,040 sq ft in 118 units and has an average unexpired lease term of 6.5 years.
