The 520,000 sq ft building in the Broadgate redevelopment is adding six new retailers – Tommy Hilfiger, jeweller Monica Vinader, cosmetics brand L’Occitane, footwear store Dune London, beauty brand Space NK, and fashion brand Reiss.

German gym operator JOHN REED, with its cosmopolitan design and live DJs, will also open a two-floor, 22,000 sq ft gym.

Following the lettings, only two retail units remain empty in the building, which is set to open this summer. The entire Broadgate scheme will deliver 4.9 million sq ft of new office space, retail and restaurants.

“We’ve had exceptional leasing success at Broadgate, where the calibre of retail occupier really sets the tone for the rest of the campus,” said David Lockyer, head of Broadgate, British Land. “The commitment of these high-quality brands to Broadgate is an excellent endorsement of our strategy to transform the campus into a vibrant, mixed-use destination.”
