Sky eyes VR growth with new 70,000 sq ft tech centre

Sky has unveiled plans to build a new 70,000 sq ft technology hub at its Osterley campus in west London where it will focus on virtual reality technology.

The site, Sky’s third tech centre in Europe, will house engineers and software developers focusing on new products within broadcast and streaming services. Its existing two technology centres are based in Milan and Leeds.
