Sladen and Peveril set out plans for Nottingham regen

Peveril Sladen Unity Square phase 1 from Queen's Road

Developers Peveril Securities and Sladen Estates have unveiled plans for the joint venture’s long-delayed £250m Southern Gateway regeneration project in Nottingham.

The JV partners have owned the 1.14 hectare site in Queensbridge Road, opposite Nottingham Train Station since 2015 and have now submitted revised plans to Nottingham City Council to develop a two office tower scheme of 667,600 sq ft.

The office aspect of the scheme, comprised of a 10-storey and 13-storey tower, is expected to form the first phase of 460,000 sq ft development also incorporating a new hotel, retail and leisure facilities and revamped public realm. The first phase build will be in two phases with landscaping and an ‘urban space’ connecting Unity Square and the station.
