South Korea’s National Pension Service (NPS) has bought the Sony Center in Berlin for around KRW850bn (£475m) from Corpus Sireo and MSREF VI International. The Sony Center is at Potsdamer Platz in the heart of Berlin, consisting of eight buildings totalling 1.24m sq ft. Hines advised NPS.
