Prologis has secured two new tenants for its distribution park based near Paris, France.

The developer has leased a 220,000 sq ft warehouse to Sony and will also develop a 374,000 sq ft distribution centre at the park for Locaposte, a division of La Poste, the French national postal service.

Sony SADC France plans to use the shed as a distribution point for films, music and games, to tighten up the logistics network in the area. Locaposte will use the space as the parcel sorting office for the Paris region.

The park, Prologis Park Chanteloup, is south east of Paris and will comprise of ten buildings totalling 2.7 million sq ft at full build-out.
