A South Korean consortium comprised of IGIS and Hana Financial Investment has acquired the 45-storey Trianon skyscraper in Frankfurt from NorthStar Realty Europe for €670m (£595m).
Constructed in 1993, the 732,000 sq ft skyscraper Mainzer Landstrasse on has a unique delta shape topped by an illuminated polygonal diamond and is the sixth-highest tower in Frankfurt at 186m.
