Leading Scottish housebuilder Springfield Properties has acquired Glasgow-based fellow housebuilder Dawn Homes for up to £20.1m using gross proceeds of £15m raised through a share placing to complete the deal.
Dawn Homes focuses on private housing in West Central Scotland and Ayrshire and has a 15-year land bank in place with its £6.7m net debt also assumed by Springfield after the acquisition.
