BP has picked St Modwen as its preferred developer for a new town to be built on the site of its 1,000 acre Llandarcy oil refinery in south Wales. The Times
The town, dubbed Coed Darcy, will include about 4,000 homes, as well as schools and shops. Housebuilders may be given the chance to buy areas of the site.
A final agreement is expected to be signed in September.
