Property entrepreneurs who want the chance to win £10million of interest-free funding are set to be grilled by one of the UK’s most successful real estate businessmen.

Graham Stanley, whose Moorfield Group owns assets worth £1 billion will sit on the judging panel for the ‘South and Wales’ territory of the Property Week and Bank of Scotland Corporate’s inaugural £30 Million Search for Property Entrepreneurs.

Graham and his fellow judges will be responsible for deciding which applicant will walk away with the funding package that will change the face of their business forever.

The bank's Real Estate team is offering three UK property pioneers, demonstrating passion and a true entrepreneurial spirit, the chance to secure an interest-free funding package for three years.

For each of the three territories across the UK, (Scotland and the North; Midlands and East Anglia; South and Wales) a sum of £10 million is being provided with one successful company in each area obtaining the funding pot to realise their property dreams.

Graham Stanley has an outstanding track record in Real Estate transactions, putting him in the perfect position to be able to advise up-and-coming entrepreneurs on what it takes to reach the top.

Speaking of his role as a judge, Graham Stanley said: ‘I’m delighted to be involved in the judging process for The Search and am interested to learn more about the plans of property entrepreneurs in the area.

‘There are some exciting opportunities in property at the moment and I’m looking forward to helping with advice and feedback in any way I can.’

Ray Robertson, Head of Real Estate for England & Wales, added: ‘Graham has a record in property which is one of the most respected in the industry.

‘His experience and understanding of the market will be invaluable to the judging process and I’m sure applicants will benefit enormously from his input.’

The application process ends on 9 June 2008.
