Stena sails into Borough High Street office buy

Amsterdam-based Stena Realty has completed the acquisition of the recently refurbished 160 Borough High Street office building in London from W Real Estate.

Acquired by asset manager Trinova Real Estate on behalf of the property investment arm of shipping line Stena for a price in the region of £12m and a net initial yield of 6.45%, the multi-let office is situated just south of London Bridge and Borough Market. The building is held on long leasehold from the City of London.
