Stephen Jobburn’s Greenhills Real Estate has bought 77 Gracechurch Street in the City of London from Standard Life for £37.5m. The price for the 124,000 sq ft (11,520 sq m) office building reflects a yield of 5.7%. DTZ and Knight Frank advised Standard Life; Strutt & Parker advised Greenhills.
