Stoford acquires city centre building in Birmingham for its HQ

Commercial property developer Stoford has bought a new three-storey HQ in Birmingham for an undisclosed sum.

It will carry out a full refurbishment of the Edwardian building on Ludgate Hill, close to St Paul’s Square, which has been designed by Associated Architects and will be constructed by Benniman Construction.
