Commercial property agent Stupples is to open a Thames Valley office in Slough as part of its wider expansion.
The firm already has a number of agency and valuation instructions within the area and is looking to build its presence in the market.
Natural expansion
Michael Garvey, Stupples director, will oversee the office. He said: ‘We have a number of clients within the Thames Valley and this is a natural expansion for the firm, further increasing our network of offices within the western corridor. The opening of Terminal 5 at Heathrow in 2008, and the possibility of a third runway, will further strengthen the region's reputation as one of Europe's most important business locations.’
Garvey will be assisted in the Thames Valley by Joanna Hedgeland, with a further appointment to the Stupples agency team expected to be announced in the near future.
Stupples has offices in High Wycombe, Amersham and Aylesbury.
