Stärka recruits Gavaghan from Bruntwood

Leisure real estate adviser Stärka has appointed Lauren Gavaghan as acquisitions and development consultant.

Gavaghan, who joins from Bruntwood, is tasked with helping to expand the business’s client base and support recent agency client wins, including Bean Coffee Roasters, Gravity and Parthian Climbing.
