More than a year on from the UK being placed into its first Covid-19 lockdown, Property Week has launched its latest quarterly survey to gauge how the sector is feeling amid the vaccination rollout and the easing of stay-at-home rules.
While the last 15 months have caused widespread uncertainty throughout the property sector, the rapidly progressing vaccination programme and government roadmap to recovery have started to show a light at the end of the tunnel.
