Target Healthcare acquires care home double for £14m

Specialist REIT Target Healthcare has acquired a care home in Doncaster and development site in Lancashire for a combined £13.9m,

Combined with the acquisition of two care homes from Aura Care Living in June, Target has now deployed 70% of the £94m equity it raised in February and said it will commit the rest “in the near future”.
