Targetfollow Group has bought six properties in Germany as part of its European expansion plan.
It has paid E25m (£17m) for the six properties in Cologne, Germany. The property group, known for its ownership of Centre Point in London has bought the properties, totalling 194,274 sq ft from a private investor.
The deals mark the latest in the group’s European spending spree. Last August, Targetfollow spent E22m (£15m) on two projects in the Paris suburb of Montreuil and Toulon in the South of France.
Ken McDougall, director of special projects, said: ‘We are seeking to capitalise on the potential of the buildings, and the footing they currently have in the European logistics sector where we are anticipating growth.’Targetfollow buys in
