Targetfollow today revealed plans for its £125m Harford Place development at a site in South Norwich.

Mixed-use

The Norwich-based company, headed by Ardeshir Naghshineh, plans a mixed-use area at its 21 acre site on Hall Road, formerly a Bally shoe factory and T Gill and Sons site. It will comprise the development of a new district centre, 376,740 sq ft of retail and leisure space and 300 homes. There will also be an extension to the existing retail park.

Significantly enhance

Julian Wells, development director at Targetfollow, said: ‘As a new district centre, Harford Place will meet the criteria established in Norwich City Council’s local planning strategy and will significantly enhance this part of southern Norwich.’

It started a public exhibition today and plans to submit a planning application next year. Benoy Architects is designer.
