Turnstone Estates and Aberdeen Standard Investments have signed up chicken restaurant Nando’s to take the final space at the joint venture’s £15.7m Ely Leisure Village in Cambridgeshire.
The 49,000 sq ft Cambridgeshire scheme is anchored by a six-screen Cineworld cinema with existing food outlets and drive-through units let to Greene King, Arbuckles, Frankie & Benny’s, McDonalds, KFC, Costa, Chosen Bun and Pizza Hut. The scheme spans 6.5 acres by the A10 and was forward funded by Aberdeen Standard Investments in 2017.
