Teddy Sagi's LabTech unveils plans for new Camden mixed-use development

Camden Markets owner LabTech has outlined plans to create a new 580,000 sq ft mixed-use canal-side development and appointed Colliers International to seek retail and leisure tenants for the scheme.

The investment firm founded by serial tech entrepreneur Teddy Sagi plans to use its vast land owners in the Camden area of north London to create a “major attraction” for the area entitled Hawley Wharf Camden anchored by 150 independent and branded stores and more than 60 food outlets.
