Terrace Hill Group, the AIM-listed property developer, has appointed Bob Dyson as a non-executive director

Dyson is chairman Jones Lang LaSalle in the North West, having previously been executive chairman of Dunlop Haywards.

Dyson is regarded as one of the most influential property advisors in the North West. During his 30–year career, he has advised on two of the region’s most significant development schemes: the 2.5m sq ft (232,255 sq m) Spinningfields scheme and the 270 acres (109 hectare) Kingsway Business Park in Rochdale.

Robert Adair, chairman of Terrace Hill, said: ‘The directors believe that Bob will be a great asset to the board as Terrace Hill enters its next phase of growth. He will be instrumental in building our presence in the north-west, where he has a proven track record and an outstanding reputation.’
