Thackeray Group acquires Cardiff site for £100m mixed-use regeneration project

Howells Building, Cardiff

Thackeray Group has acquired the landmark Howells Building in the centre of Cardiff out of receivership as part of plans for a £100m mixed-use scheme in the Welsh capital.

The Howells Building is a 275,000 sq ft Grade II-listed scheme on a 1.7-acre site in the city’s shopping district.
